- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed on business days are shipped within 1 working day
Order times
- Ordered before 17:00 = shipped the same day
- Ordered after 17:00 = shipped the next business day
Delivery time
- Ordered before 17:00 = delivered the next business day
- PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday
- No delivery on Sundays
Weekend & holidays
- Orders placed on Friday after 17:00 or during the weekend are shipped on Monday
- During holidays, delivery may take slightly longer
Delivery
- Delivery is handled by PostNL
- You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped
- If you are not at home, PostNL may deliver the package to neighbors or a pickup
